Ralph Etta "Corky" Day Rush, 65, of Marshall, died Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery near Marshall. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born Oct. 21, 1942, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Ralph William Day and Lena Mae Brown Day. She had lived in Marshall her entire life, had worked at Marshall Habilitation Center and was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Farr and Jesse Maxon both of Marshall; four daughters, Terri Evans of Sedalia, Beth Ann Hall of Marshall, Genie Johnson of Cole Camp and Kelle Tyler of Marshall; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Jerry Farr, and one sister, June Day.
