Wayward cars force ConAgra Foods action

Wednesday, May 14, 2008

Two new "No Trespassing" signs appeared Wednesday, May 14, on property owned by ConAgra Foods at the corner of Salt Pond Avenue and Arrow Street. Plant Manager David Ripley said the signs were placed on the lots in order to prevent the property from becoming an eyesore and to convey to the public that it isn't for public use. Ripley said there had recently been a few incidents of cars being driven on the lots, practicing "donuts," and that the company hopes to avoid additional incidents.
