The Marshall Junior Tennis Club will begin its summer program on Monday, June 2, for anyone from 8 years old through high school age with previous tennis experience.

Dues are $50 per member, which includes a team T-shirt, with registration forms available at the Indian Foothills Park office.

Weekly sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the Marshall High School courts for the older players. There will also be morning sessions for high school players on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 9:45, for an additional $30 per member.

For the youngsters, the sessions will be on Mondays and Thursdays on the Indian Foothills Park courts -- with ages 8-10 from 11 a.m. to noon, 11-12 from 10:45 a.m. to noon and 13-14 from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.

There will be four informal round-robin tournaments during the summer for the morning sessions -- on June 17, June 24, July 8 and July 15. The Parent/Child Tournament is set for July 14 and 16. The USTA Regional Rally is July 1 and the Indian Foothills Holiday Junior Tournament is July 10-11.
