The 44th Annual Optimist Sirloin Steak Bust will be held Friday and Saturday, May 16 and 17, as part of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce Spring Fling.

Held on the east side of the Saline County Courthouse lawn, Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., tickets are $6 and may be picked up at Charlie's Appliance, Viking Athletic Goods or by calling Damon Thomason at 660-631-2783.

Menu includes sirloin steak sandwich, old-fashioned baked beans, potato salad, dessert and iced tea, lemonade or coffee.
