Newscope/'Run for the Wall' to pass through Saline County May 19

Saline County Sheriff Wally George announced Friday, May 9, that the annual "Run for the Wall" motorcycle group will pass through Saline County Monday, May 19. The group of veterans makes the trip from Ontario, Calif., to Washington, D.C., to "promote healing among veterans and their families and friends" and to honor prisoners of war, soldiers missing and killed in action.

The news release from the sheriff has more info, but this is all I had time to get in yesterday. It's at the office, but as soon as I can, I'll type up the rest and post it. Tomorrow, maybe, or Monday.
