Mary Annabelle Orender, 86, of Waverly, died Friday, May 9, 2008, at Apple Ridge Care Center in Waverly.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2008, at Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Waverly, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will be in Waverly Cemetery. Born Dec. 4, 1921, in White Lake, Wis., she was the daughter of the late Sidney Kindle and Sarah Mitchell Kindle. On April 21, 1944, she married John Orender, who preceded her in death in February 2000. She had lived in the Waverly area most of her life and was a member of Waverly Assembly of God. She was a homemaker and had worked at ConAgra in Marshall for 12 years.
Survivors include four sons, Marvin Kindle of White Lake, Joseph Wesley Orender of Wichita Falls, Texas, Daniel Sidney Orender of Waverly and Tim Orender of Malta Bend; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Sidney Kindle of Antigo, Wis., Harold "Bud" Kindle of Utica, Jim Kindle of Sonora, Calif., and Doug Kindle of Bradenton, Fla.; four sisters, Marvis Fletcher of Waverly, Wreatha Barber of Medford, Wis., Nova Ellis of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., and Sandy Raddatz of Kenosha, Wis.; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, John Dale Orender; one daughter, Ruth Davies; two brothers; and one sister.
