Edna Mae Fuller, 97, of Kansas City, formerly of Marshall, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2008, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Rev. Wayne Doolin and Paul Gaudutis officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Steve Garrison, Daren Meredith, Donald Stanze, Brad Frazee, Lloyd Vaught and Paul Gaudutis. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Born March 10, 1911, in Saline County, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. Page and Lucy Chamberlain Page. She had lived in Kansas City most of her life, moving from Marshall, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Marshall. She had worked for Rothchild's Clothing Store.
Survivors include one son, retired U.S. Army Col. George Donald Fuller of Olathe, Kan.; one daughter, Joyce Garrison of Kansas City; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Genevieve Vaught of Modesto, Calif., and Marjorie Birch of Independence; and nieces and nephews.
