Viki L. Bouska, 50, was eastbound near the 84-mile marker when she lost control of her 2001 Chevrolet and it went off the left side of the road. She over-corrected and went off the right side of the road, struck a guard rail, then went across the median and came to rest facing west, according to the report.
Bouska was taken by ambulance to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall for treatment. She was wearing a safety belt, troopers said.
She was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving, according to the report.
