Signs of spring: Carnival in town

Workers from Jones Co. Carnival work Wednesday, April 23, to get rides set up. The carnival is expected to remain on the Marshall Plaza parking lot near the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and College Street for about two weeks, they said.
