While Marshall forced eight third-set tiebreakers in previous matches against Hickman and Helias, they never got that far in any of their matches against the Bruins (14-0).
The closest any of the Owls came were 6-3 first-set singles losses by sophomore John Van at No. 4 and senior Ross Crawford at No. 5. Rock Bridge had three 6-0, 6-0 wins.
Marshall (7-5) will return to Columbia on Monday, trying to end a five-match losing streak with an NCMC tilt against Hannibal.
