The Lady Chiefs scored three times in the bottom of the third inning, with Bock's double starting the rally. Sophomore Kate Peters walked with the bases loaded to force in a run, with an error and wild pitch letting two more cross.
Peters doubled in a run in the fifth and singles by Gieselman and Bock produced another run in the sixth for a 5-0 lead in the rematch of last year's finalists.
The Lady Greyhounds broke up the whitewash in the seventh with an RBI single by sophomore Niki Hall. Sweet Springs got the tying run to the plate with two out, but sophomore Kristin Jones -- who had three of the team's five hits -- fouled out.
The Lady 'Hounds (4-5) will have to wait until today's results before knowing who their opponent will be in Thursday's consolation final.
Gieselman and junior Becca Woodson each had two hits for Santa Fe (3-6), which is seeking its fourth straight tourney title and seventh championship overall.
The Lady Chiefs will meet No. 1 seed Concordia in Wednesday's semifinal clash.
