Lynn R. Plummer, 18, of Sweet Springs, died Monday, April 7, 2008, near Sweet Springs as the result of an automobile accident.
Memorial services will be held at noon on Friday, April 11, 2008, at First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs, with Rev. David Goode officiating. Private inurnment will be held at a later date. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at the church. Memorials may be made to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Born Nov. 28, 1989 in Warrensburg, she was the daughter of Richard D. Plummer and Lisa Mullineaux Plummer, who survive of the home. She had lived in Sweet Springs her entire life, where she attended Sweet Springs Baptist Church and participated in its youth group. She was currently a senior at Sweet Springs High School, where she was set to be class salutatorian. She was class vice president, a member of National Honor Society, band and art club. She was currently employed at Breaktime in Sweet Springs and had previously worked at Taco Bell in Concordia.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Jason Plummer of Sweet Springs and Morgan Plummer of the home; paternal grandparents, Richard A. and Annell Plummer of Crestview, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Bob and Evelyn Mullineaux of Sweet Springs; maternal great-grandmother, Sidney Fry of Sedalia; and a niece.
