A Marshall man was hurt in a motorcycle accident Friday evening, March 14, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Richard L. Schulenberg, 45, was northbound on Highway 41 about one mile north of Marshall when he lost control of his 2000 Yamaha motorcycle and overturned, troopers said.

Schulenberg was taken by ambulance to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, according to the report. No summons was issued.

The Saline County Sheriff's Department assisted troopers at the scene.
