Adventures in Libraryland: Ever thought about starting a business but don't know where to begin? Try the Marshall Public Library

Wednesday, March 12, 2008

Historically speaking, one idea has made sense in the face of recession talk (despite the nay-sayers) is entrepreneurship. Because of that, I am so pleased to announce that there is a new service available at the library -- the Small Business Center.

In this dedicated business area, you will find books on a range of business topics, from marketing to grant-writing. You will also find a laptop computer designated for business research, including access to a business research database available through the library. Please stop by the library and take a look at our new resource.

While you're there, don't forget to grab one of our surveys. This is our last week for your opportunity to tell us how you feel the library is doing. Please make sure to turn in your survey this week, if you have already picked one up.
