Newscope/MoDOT schedules public meetings about Miami Bridge project

The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold two public meetings to provide information on proposed improvements to the Miami Bridge.

The first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 8, at the Miami School gym located on Route 41.

The second meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 10, at the Brunswick R-II School multi-purpose room.

Both meeting will be held between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

During the meetings, information sheets, drawings and other detailed information prepared by MoDOT will be available for viewing. MoDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project and to answer questions.

The meeting is an open-house format; no formal presentation will be made.
