Paul Wayne Heilman, 62, of New Franklin, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2007, at Cooper County Memorial Hospital in Boonville.
Cremation. Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, with a prayer service at 7:30. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home, with Rev. Art Barkey and Rev. Clayton Blodgett officiating. He was born in Marshall, the son of Edward F. Heilman Sr. and Elnora Gramlich Heilman. He married Carolyn Hardin, Nov. 25, 1967, at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Boonville. He worked at the University of Missouri for 19 years and the Department of Natural Resources, affiliated with Katy Trail.
He is survived by his mother, Elnora, of Marshall; his wife, Carolyn, of the home; one son, Mike Heilman; two daughters, Susan Heilman and Christy Martin, both of New Franklin; three brothers, Edward F. Heilman Jr. of Marshall, Donnie Joe Heilman and Mark Anthony Heilman of Gilliam; two sisters, Helen Marie Davidson of Mexico and Betty Ann Narron of Marshall; four grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; his infant brother, Richard Allen Heilman; and one grandson.
