Kenneth L. Martin, 81, of Marshall, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at his home.

Visitation will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, at H.T. May Funeral Home in Marshall. The family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Private funeral services will be held at a later date.

He was born Dec. 9, 1926, in Carrollton, the son of Lula Bea Faulkner. He was a member of Mount Calvary Freewill Baptist Church. He retired from Wilson Foods. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Martin, of the home; three children, Kathryn Humphreys of Aurora, Colo., Oliver "Pat" Martin of Jacksonville, Fla., and Keith Martin of Marshall; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
