Jewell E. "Mollie" Cromley, 96, of Marshall, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. Born Sept. 24, 1911, in Saline County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Hynson and Lillie Ann Morrow Hynson Toliver. She had lived in Saline County her entire life, where she was a member of First Christian Church. She married Albert B. Cromley, who preceded her in death on May 10, 1966. She retired from International Shoe Company and had worked at Boyd Street Café in Marshall for many years.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Herndon of Marshall; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one sister, Lucille Muenks of Marshall; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Anna Lorene "Pud" Sheffer; one son, Harold Cromley; two brothers; and one sister.
