U.S. Highway 65 celebrates 2 ribbon cuttings in 1 week

Officials and project facilitators gathered in the Marshall Plaza on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 9 a.m., for the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion of the improvements to the intersection of College Street and U.S. Highway 65.
