Robert L. "Bobby" Bulen, 45, of Marshall, formerly of Boonville, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at William Wood Funeral Home in Boonville. Visitation will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Boonville, with full military honors.
He was born Aug. 9, 1962, in Phoenix, Ariz., the son of Charles E. and Judith May Wilson Bulen. He graduated from Boonville High School. He worked for O'Reilly Auto Parts in Boonville for several years. He was a former volunteer fire fighter for Cooper County, and served in the Missouri Army National Guard from Jan. 11, 1980 to Aug. 31, 1981.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his grandmother, Margaret Shay of Pilot Grove; brothers and sisters, Lea Ann Bulen of Boonville, Brenda Thurman of Bunceton, Nathan Bulen of Raytown, Carlena Mitchell of Boonville, Charles Bulen of Harrisonville, Ruby Schoen of Marshall and Terry Bulen of Kansas City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
