Linda Lou Boland, 58, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, at University Hospital and Clinics.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia. Born Oct. 22, 1948, in Trenton, she was the daughter of Ralph and Aletta Smith Terry. She was married to Fred Boland on June 7, 1969, in Marshall, and he survives of the home. She attended Gilman High School and Trenton Junior College. She owned and operated her family business, Fireside Supply, in Columbia for the last 15 years. She will be remembered most as someone who loved her entire family and was very active in all of their activities and lives.
She is survived by her parents of Melbourne; two daughters, Donna Ratliff and her husband, Stacey, Barbara Boland and Karen Moore, all of Columbia; four grandchildren, Steiger, Garrett, Joshua and Kyle; two sisters, Connie Hanes of Brimson and Lisa Hedrick of Jamesport; and many other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Codey Darrell Ratliff.
