Ollie V. Riley, 91, of Marshall, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at Big Bend Retreat in Slater.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Randy Shannon officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Jerry Davis, Rusty Riley, Tim Riley, Clay Jackson, Matt Riley and Correy Jackson. Memorials may be made to Cumberland Presbyterian Church or Big Bend Retreat. Born Sept. 20, 1915, in Longwood, she was the daughter of the late Sterling Andrew Jackson and Ollie Belle Renison Jackson. On Oct. 17, 1938, in Liberty, she married Russell Riley who preceded her in death on Feb. 5, 1998. She had lived in Saline County most of her life and was a homemaker. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Cumberland Presbyterian Women Day Circle and Chapel Extension Club.
Survivors include two sons, Bob Riley and his wife, Judy, and Gary Riley and his wife, Cheryl, all of rural Marshall; five grandchildren, Sandy Davis, Leigh Ann Riley, Rusty Riley, Tim Riley and Matt Riley; four great-grandchildren, Grace Riley, Jaden Riley, Noah Riley and Bailey Riley; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Paul A. Jackson and two sisters in infancy.
