Johnny Lee Reynolds Sr., 61, of El Dorado Springs, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007, at his son's home in Sweet Springs.
Cremation. Memorial graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007, at Blue Lick Cemetery near Marshall, with Rev. Lloyd Howe officiating. Memorials may be made to Fitzgibbon Hospice or American Cancer Society in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Online condolences may be sent to www.campbell-lewis.com. There will be a gathering following the graveside service at the American Legion Hall in Marshall.
Born Nov. 13, 1945, in Tahlequah, Okla., he was the son of the late John Henry Reynolds and Ruth Ballard Reynolds, who survives of Tahlequah. He had lived in the El Dorado Springs area the last 20 years and was a member of the Pentecostal church. He was an auto body repairman for many years and he raised animals. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Additional survivors include four sons, Butch Rader of Sweet Springs, John Michael Reynolds of Marshall, Lucas Dean Reynolds and Johnny Lee Reynolds Jr. both of Sedalia; two daughters, Valerie Rader of Windsor and Katie Reynolds of Blue Springs; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Billy L. Reynolds of Tulsa, Okla.; four sisters, Jackie Drywater and Mary Sparks, both of Tahlequah, Sharon Clark of Kansas City, and Kathy Farrand of Tulsa, Okla.; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Kelly Reynolds; and one brother, Haskell Reynolds.
