The 15th Judicial Circuit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program welcomed nine new CASA volunteers into the program as Officers of the Court on Tuesday, Aug. 14. Judge Dennis Rolf swore in the volunteers at the Saline County Courthouse to officially graduate them from the CASA training program.
