Ron Larimore, 61, of Sweet Springs, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at I-70 Medical Center in Sweet Springs.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Sweet Springs, with Rev. Tommy Mapes officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born Sept. 14, 1945, in Springfield, he was the son of the late Johnnie Larimore and Jessie McFall Larimore. On March 26, 1969, he married Judy Cordes, who survives of the home. He had lived in Sweet Springs since 1996 and worked at Tyson's of Concordia. He was a graduate of Phillipsburg-Conway High School. He was a member of First Assembly of God in Sweet Springs where he served as Sunday school superintendent. He was also a member of the Missouri Bow Hunters Association.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Rebecca Scarborough of Adrian, Theresa Love of Sweet Springs, Lisa Maher of Melbourne, Fla. and Roxana Fuller of Price, Utah; two sons, Wayne Larimore of Eldon and Jeff Larimore of Concordia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Massey of Phillipsburg; one brother, Kenneth Larimore of Strafford; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter and one brother, Johnny Joseph Larimore.
