Juanita Bullard, 89, of Marshall, died Friday, June 29, 2007, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Rev. Wayne Doolin officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Steve Fornshell, Steven Fornshell, Peyton Narron, Mark Narron, Joe Narron and Dylan Fornshell. Honorary pallbearers will be George "Butch" Craig and James Alspaw. Born March 24, 1918, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Coffey and Ethel Florence Price Coffey and was raised by David Edgar "Ed" Price and Margaret "Maggie" Price. On March 29, 1941, she married Harvey Bullard, who preceded her in death on February 11, 1966. She had lived in Marshall her entire life and was a 1936 graduate of Marshall High School. She was retired from International Shoe Company after 40 years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church, WMU and the Dorcas Sunday school class. She was also a member of V.F.W. Auxiliary Post No. 2591 in Sedalia.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Widel and husband, Larry, of Marshall; two granddaughters, April Fornshell and husband, Steve, and Cherie Narron and husband, Mark; four great-grandsons, Steven and Dylan Fornshell and Peyton and Joseph Narron; two great-granddaughters, Sydney Fornshell and Crystal Narron; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother in infancy, one sister, two foster brothers and one foster sister.
