Donna Sue Oden, 66, of Marshall, formerly of Grandview, died Sunday, June 17, 2007, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Mike Brown and William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lakeside Cemetery in Sumner. Born Jan. 24, 1941, in Sumner, she was the daughter of the late James E. Oden and Sarah Bowman Oden. She had lived in Marshall the last six years moving from Grandview, and had also lived in Hale. She was a member of First Christian Church in Marshall and enjoyed going to the Marshall Senior Center.
Survivors include two sisters, Joyce Forqueran and husband, Tom, of Miami, Colleen Brown and husband, Norvelle, of Marshall; two brothers, Michael Lee Oden and wife, Paula, of Branson, and James E. Oden and wife, Karen, of Belton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Bonnie Lou Oden.
