June 7 ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark completion of Arrow Rock street project
The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, June 7, at 10 a.m. to celebrate the completion of improvements to the Route 41 Spur (Main Street) through Arrow Rock.
The $251,000 project resurfaced the roadway from Route 41 to 1st Street, while preserving the historical limestone curb and gutter system, which is part of the historic charm of Arrow Rock.
State and local dignitaries including state Sen. Bill Stouffer, state Rep. Joe Aull and Arrow Rock Chairman of the Board Ken Blair will make brief comments followed by the ribbon cutting.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony.
