Dorothy J. Wallace

Dorothy J. Wallace, 78, of Kearney, died Feb. 8, 2007.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at Fry-Bross & Spidle Chapel, Kearney. Burial was Monday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Kearney.

She was born Nov. 3, 1928, in Marshall, to Henry and Christine Cathleen Rudd Davenport. She was a homemaker.

Her husband, Billy E. Wallace Sr., survives of the home. She is also survived by three daughters, Julie A. Evans of Climax Springs, Jeannie M. Cramer of Plattsburg and Katy J. McFerrin of Orrick; a son Billy E. Wallace Jr. of Kansas City; a brother, William Davenport of Marshall; a sister Teresa Powell of Camden; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
