Erma Lucille Brock Noble, 89, of Hutchinson, Kan., formerly of Marshall, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, at Golden Plains Nursing Home in Hutchinson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2007, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Rev. Mike Brown and William W. Harlow will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association. Born March 26, 1917, in Shawnee, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Otto Latham Brock and Emma Marie DePestel Brock. On March 10, 1970, at Gill Memorial Baptist Church in Marshall, she married Kenneth Noble, who preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 2004. She had lived in Marshall since 1970, moving from Slater, and had lived in Hutchinson since 2003. She had worked as a sales clerk at Red Cross Pharmacy and was a member of the First Christian Church in Marshall.
Survivors include one brother, Robert L. Brock of Bella Vista, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Brock and Harold Brock, and one sister, Flora Pope.
