Norma Lee Walker, 77, of Slater, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kan. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials may be made to family choice.
Born Nov. 2, 1929, in the state of Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Robert Micham and Hazel Bellamy Micham. On Sept. 17, 1960, she married Harold C. Walker, who preceded her in death on Sept. 19, 1999. She had lived in Saline County the last several years and was a homemaker. She was a graduate of William S. Hart High School in New Hall, Calif., and was a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Walker of Lincoln and Jimmy Walker of Marshall; two daughters, Sherry Nutt of Slater and Christine Robles of Springfield; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Delmar Micham of the state of Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers.
