Clyde Dale Riley Sr., 66, of Marshall, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 1to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials may be made to family choice.
Born Oct. 1, 1940, in Thayer, he was the son of the late Christopher H. Riley and Sylvia Morrow Riley Jacoby. On May 13, 1966, in Waverly, he married Norma Darlene Ballenger, who preceded him in death on Jan. 8, 1994. He had lived in Marshall most of his life and was retired from the Marshall Habilitation Center. He was a member of Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include one son, Clyde Dale "Tooter" Riley Jr. of Marshall; two brothers, James Riley of Marshall and Raymond Riley Sr. of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lisa Marie Riley; one brother, Kenneth Riley; and one sister, Eloise Aholt.
