Check It Out/Gingerbread house deadline today

Wednesday, December 6, 2006
Blessed is the season which engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love.-- Hamilton Wright Mabi

One of my favorite holiday activities takes place this weekend. The registration deadline is today for our Gingerbread House building activity. Registration is required so that I can make enough frosting. Call 886-3391 to register. The entry fee is one bag of candy per child--please bring candy that will make good gingerbread decorations. All ages are welcome to attend on Saturday, Dece. 9 at 10 a.m.

Our Family Fun Night next week is bound to be a hit! We have special readers and storytellers coming to entertain the children while they wait for our special visitor. The show starts at 7 p.m.

I hope to see all of you out for the rescheduled parade on Friday night!

--Consider joining Friends of the Marshall Libraries. Membership forms are available at the library.
--Honor a mentor. Celebrate a friend. Commemorate an event. A gift to the Marshall Public Library is a unique and enduring way to pay tribute to friends and family. Your generosity will be a lasting source of joy and enrichment for the community. For additional information, please call (660) 886-3391 with any questions.
