Googleto meet again Nov. 30
Members of the Marshall Public Library Materials Selection Policy Committee met again on Thursday, Nov. 16, at the library.
All nine committee members were on hand as well as a number of Marshall citizens.
Committee members discussed a number of ideas about the new policy at the meeting.
The new policy will be used as a guideline for selecting materials to be purchased for inclusion in the library's collection.
The formation of the policy comes as a result of a request by a group of Marshall residents to remove two graphic novels from the shelves.
The committee will re-convene for its next meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30.
