Elizabeth Mueller, 91, of Blackburn, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mt. Leonard. Rev. Timothy Miille will officiate. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery at Blackburn. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Concordia. Memorials may be made to The Lutheran Hour or Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Pallbearers will be Justin Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Ian Mueller, Jon Mueller, Wade Mueller and Galen Kueck.
Born Feb. 2, 1915, in Lafayette County, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. Miller and the late Elizabeth Henning Miller. On Feb. 20, 1938, she married Leonard J. Mueller, who preceded her in death on June 30, 1986. She had lived in the Blackburn area her entire life and was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid, and the Lutheran Layman's League.
Survivors include two sons, Robert "Bob" Mueller of Grain Valley, and Larry Mueller of Blackburn; one daughter, Carol Kirchhoff of Overland Park, Kan.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Vera Miller of Concordia, Viola Aversman of Concordia and Bonnie Roehrs of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Alfred Miller, Henry Miller, Ervin Miller and Walter Miller and one sister, Hilda Kempfe.
