Lonnie Burns, 57, of Tina, formerly of Marshall, died Monday, Aug. 28, 2006, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2006, at First United Methodist Church of Marshall. Burial will be in Avalon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Marshall FFA Alumni for the Lonnie Burns SAE Endowment Fund c/o Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. There will be no visitation.
