On www.marshallnews.com, our Web site, we ask readers a poll question on the home page.
It's my job to think up these questions. I'll admit to scratching my head a few times trying to come up with possible questions. Since mid-May, the Web site has hosted more than 20 such questions -- everything from corn on the cob to a possible peace in the Mideast. I've reprinted the information here in the space allowed.
These aren't scientific samples by any means, but merely a chance to take a snapshot of the opinions and attitudes of visitors to our Web site.
