Cecelia Mary Pabst was born, Dec. 15, 1907, in Clifton City, the daughter of Henry and Kathryn Young Lorenz. She was married to Emil Joseph Pabst on June 20, 1925. She was raised and helped on the farm in Clifton City and lived there most of her life, moving to Sedalia in 1980. She was a member of the Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Clifton City and then Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sedalia, she was also a member of the Altar Society, and she belonged to the Cooper County Extension Club in Clifton City.
Survivors include: Two daughters, Margie Kruse of Sedalia and Jo Ann Kramer of Topeka, Ks.; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Henry, Steve, and Earl F. Lorenz; and two sisters, Theresa Whitman and Helen Klenklen.
