Col. Frank Hall Duggins Jr. (U.S. Army Ret.)

Col. Frank Hall Duggins Jr. (U.S. Army Ret.), 77, of Marshall, died at the family home on Friday, June 23, 2006.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, at First United Methodist Church in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial with military rites will be held in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the Rotary Foundation or Nicholas-Beazley Musuem/Marshall Civic Center. Arrangements are in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
