Bobbie E. Biswell, 59, of Marshall, formerly of Independence, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate. Pallbearers will be Linn Self, Ian Verts, Darrell Stark, George Biswell, Tim Biswell and Johnny Biswell. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Born May 21, 1946, in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Turner and Elizabeth Hazlett Logston, who survives of Marshall. On Feb. 8, 1969, she married Warren D. Biswell Jr., who survives. She attended Elwood High School. She had lived in Marshall since November 2005, moving from Independence, and was a homemaker. She was a Baptist.
Additional survivors include two sons, W.D. Biswell III of Shawnee, Kan., and Brian L. Biswell of Independence; one sister, Sandra Stark of rural Marshall; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jess Logston; and one sister, Julia Ruth Turner.
