Robert Allen Sevier, 60, of Houstonia, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Gene Smith and William W. Harlow officiating. Pallbearers wil be Kevin Gregory, Don Hopkins, Don Earl Hopkins, David Ellebracht, Bill Bailey, Russell Higgins, Jeff Higgins and Kelly Duffey. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in Knob Noster Cemetery in Knob Noster. Memorials are suggested to the Robert Allen Sevier Scholarship Fund.
Born May 31, 1945, in Sedalia, he was the son of the late Robert Sevier Jr. and Alma Lee Lemmons Sevier, who survives of Houstonia. On June 22, 1989, he married Tammey Edwards, who survives of the home. He had lived in Houstonia his entire life and was a member of Community Church in Houstonia. He was a retired rural mail carrier and also a caterer and concessionaire.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Stephanie DeLynn Sevier of the home.
