Georgia Lee Hall, 84, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home in Sedalia. Rev. Donald Allcorn will officiate. Pallbearers will be Alice Morris, Kay Simons, Richard Simons, Bryan Corbett, Luther Moore, Emmett Smith, Jason Uptegrove and Jane Hartley. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.
Born June 23, 1921, at Berryville, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William Thomas Hartley and Lula Lois McFall Hartley. On Aug. 2, 1941, in Warsaw, she married Kenneth Lee Hall, who preceded her in death April 4, 1996. She was a homemaker most of her life.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Hall Jr. of Lexington and Donald Hall of Versailles; one daughter, Lois Thomas of Windsor; one brother, Fred Hartley of Marshall; four sisters, Rhea Morgan, Betty Smith and June Sargent, all of Marshall, and Mary Moore of Marshall Junction; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, William Eugene Hall; three sisters, Ruby Lassa, Tommie Weaver and Ruth Jacobs; and one brother, William Hartley Jr.
