Janet Marquette Rash Grantham, 61, of Marshall, formerly of Sedalia, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home in Sedalia. Pallbearers will be Charles Elliott, Darrell Chewning, Brad Randolph, Fred Hinds, Jack Rash and James Harden. Honorary pallbearers will be Duane Haas, Twila Tanner and Austin Chewning. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sedalia. Memorials are suggested to Women of the Moose or the Alzheimer's unit at The Living Center.
Born May 31, 1944, at Norborne, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Rash and Sarah Miller Rash. On Nov. 18, 1976, in Marshall, she married J. Daniel Grantham, who preceded her in death April 1, 2002. She had been a member of Women of the Moose and was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth E. Randolph II of Sedalia; two daughters, Lesa Haas of Marshall and Tammy Randolph of New York City, New York; one brother, Jack Rash of Malta Bend; one half brother, Darrel Miller of Abbeville, La.; two sisters, June Harden and Jessica Hinds, both of Marshall; and seven grandchildren, Jesyca Randolph, Megan Randolph, Kristin Randolph, Bradley Randolph, Lauren Haas, Mysterie Sylla and Majeek Flores.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmie Lee Rash and Marion "Tiny" Rash.
