Jack Thomas Perryman, 76, of Hermitage, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, in Christian Healthcare of Hermitage.
Cremation. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 PM Saturday, Nov. 19, at Murray Funeral Home in Humansville. Interment will be in Humansville Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.murrayfuneralhomes.com.
Born Aug. 6, 1929, at Miller, he was the son of the late Clyde and Opal Medley Perryman. On Oct. 11, 1983, he married Anna Marie, who survives of Osceola. He worked for Allied Pest Control in Shawnee, Kan., for 10 years, Enterprises Unlimited in Bolivar for nine years and for Lakeview Heights in DeSoto, Kan., for 12 years. In 1987, the couple moved to Humansville, where they lived for over 16 years. He moved to Christian Healthcare of Hermitage in 2003 because of cancer.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Rosemary Hay of Overland Park, Kan.; two sons, David Perryman of Kansas City, Kan., and Jason Perryman of Fort Scott, Kan.; two stepchildren, Peggy Ann Corgian of Eudora, Kan. and Roger Lee Tinsley of Euliss, Texas; five sisters, Venitta Gilbert of Marshall, Doris Copper of Marshall, Patty Green of San Clemente, Calif., Ruby Leap of Kansas City, Kan., and Glenda Mesquite of Carlotta, Calif.; four brothers, Robert Perryman of Marshall, Lee Perryman of Norwalk, Calif., Douglas Perryman of Overland Park, Kan., and Dick Perryman of the state of Texas; three grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
