Jane Williams, 78, of Marshall, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2005, at Mar-Saline Manor in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at First United Methodist Church in Marshall. Rev. Dave Huck will officiate. Pallbearers will be George Green, Mike Green, Steve Green, Steve Hinton, Larry Glavin and Nick Huesgen. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Lovell, Ed McInteer, David Moore, David Rimmer and Steve Rimmer. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the Marshall Public Library or First United Methodist Church.
Born Oct. 7, 1927, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Grover Waters and Iva Diamond Hahn Waters. She was married to Robert Fowler, who preceded her in death June 18, 1951. She later married Harry R. Williams, who preceded her in death. She had lived in Marshall her entire life and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a 1945 graduate of Marshall High School and in 1968 received a bachelor's degree from Missouri Valley College. She was a mail technician for Green Printers and had worked at Missouri Valley College.
Survivors include one son, Michael Thomas Williams of Marshall; one sister, Catherine Kennedy of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one brother, George W. Waters.
