YMCA to host health video presentation

The Salt Fork YMCA will host a video presentation by Dr. Delia Garcia, radiation oncologist from St. Louis, at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7. Among the topics to be discussed are reducing risk of cancer, heart disease and stroke, strenghthening the immune system, aging and weight management, keeping children healthy and maintaining nutritional fitness. Helen Jones will be the speaker.
