Clara K. Johnson, 94, of rural Sweet Springs, died Saturday, April 23, 2005, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Sweet Springs. Rev. James Dahlke will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Sweet Springs. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials are suggested to Christ Lutheran Church or Alzheimer's Association.
Born Nov. 13, 1910, in Saline County, she was the daughter of the late Fred J. Lemler and Anna M. Harms Lemler. On July 25, 1928, she married C. Edgar Johnson, who preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1981. She had lived in the Sweet Springs area her entire life and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in the Liberty Township. She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Harry E. Johnson of rural Sweet Springs and Donnie R. Johnson of Sweet Springs; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
