Elaine Crawford, 67, of Marshall, died Thursday, March 24, 2005, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 28, at First Baptist Church in Marshall. Rev. N. Paul Callahan will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church Building Fund in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born Dec. 2, 1937, in rural Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Clyde H. Perryman and Opal Marie Medley Perryman. On July 2, 1955, in Independence, she married Jim Crawford, who survives of the home. She was a 1955 graduate of Marshall High School, and lived in Marshall most or her life. She had worked at Red Cross Pharmacy for over 40 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Marshall.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Sandra Voncille Waldron of Omaha, Neb., and Velinda Elaine Castro of Marietta, Ga.; two sons, Sam L. Crawford and wife Lana of Marshall and Christopher W. Crawford and wife Melanie of Lebanon; five sisters, Venita Gabert of Marshall, Ruby Leap of Kansas City, Doris Cooper of Marshall, Patsy Green of San Clemente, Calif., and Glenda Mesquit of Apple Valley, Calif.; five brothers, Jack Perryman of Hermitage, Robert Perryman of Marshall, Douglas Perryman of Overland Park, Kan., Richard Perryman of Conroe, Texas, and Leonard Perryman of Norwalk, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Perryman.
