Betty Lucille Pulliam, 76, of Lebanon, died Monday, March 14, 2005, at Greenhaven Care Center in Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 17, at Colonial Chapel in Lebanon. Roger Marshall will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, at Thieme-Shadel-Hicks Funeral Service in Lebanon.
Born July 14, 1928, in Orla, she was the daughter of the late William Oliver Gourley and Georgia Ellen West Gourley. On Feb. 2, 1960, she married David Pulliam, who survives of the home. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Additional survivors include one son, Pete Pulliam of Lebanon; four daughters, Wanda Vaughn of St. Joseph, Patti Ballenger of Nevada, Janet Sullivan of Slater and Deanna Yokeley of Springfield; one brother, Ralph Gourley of Centralia; two sisters, Peggy Jenkins and Naomi Arnold, both of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Steve R. Reynolds; one half-brother, Merl Blue; one brother, Sidney Gourley; and one great-grandson.
