Bessie "Liz" Wilcox, 59, of Marshall, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in the care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born April 15, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Jack Owens and Ressie Smith Owens. She married Ralph Edward Wilcox, who preceded her in death. She had lived in Marshall for several years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God church.
Survivors include three sons, Anthony "Tony" Frieben of Corn, Okla., Chris Frieben of the state of Missouri and Clifford Frieben of Braymer; one daughter, Melissa "Lisa" Sellers of Slater; two stepsons, Donnie Swartz and Eugene Swartz, both of Chillicothe; three brothers, Edward Owens of Warsaw, Charles Owens of Wellington and Paul Owens of Marshall; one sister, Linda Hayes of Marshall; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Keith Frieben; and one sister, Brenda Lewellen.
